STUDENT FINANCIAL AID (SFA) GRANT

ENHANCED GUIDELINES ON STUDENT FINANCIAL AID (SFA) GRANT (for NEW APPLICANTS) FOR A.Y. 2020-2021
GUIDELINES:
1. The applicant must be a Filipino citizen, preferably Catholic, with good health condition, and with good moral character.
2. The applicant must have a general average of 85% and above for incoming freshmen and 2.50 GPA with no failing grades, and must be enrolled with a minimum of 18 units for the upperclassmen.
3. Course to be taken must be preferably listed in the priority courses of the University.
4. The approval of the scholarship grant application percentage shall be based on the criteria set by the Center for Admissions and Scholarships and approved budget allocated by the University.
5. The following tuition discounts shall be applied this A.Y. 2020 – 2021: 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% and 10%.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
1. Applicants shall be required to accomplish online application on a specified date set by the office with the following documents attached/uploaded:
a. Application Letter from parent/guardian to be addressed to:

b. Certificate of Indigency;
c. Certificate of Income Tax Return (ITR) or Affidavit of non-filing of ITR;
d. Photocopy of Grade 12 grades (for freshmen only);
e. Vicinity sketch map / contact information; and
f. Picture of Residence (Indoor and Outdoor view)
2. Applicants shall be notified about their application status thru their DLSU-D Student Portal
